Let's go swimming!

Emma and I hit the pool for the first time this summer...it really has been too cool to go. But the temps climbed into the 90s this weekend and we went to our neighborhood pool. We ran into several friends at the pool and had a great time.

By the way, those of you in the Midwest may have seen a burst of blinding light around noon today...don't panic - it was just the sun reflected off my pasty white skin. My apologies...

I wish we had a neighborhood pool, it's been in the 90's here for weeks with no sign of relief. Emma and her pool look so inviting.

Adorable swimsuit on Emma! The same thing happens when I go swimming with Maddy -- the white skin reflection is blinding and it never seems to get better! :)

SWIM!!!! So glad it is finally warming up for summer in the Midwest. FYI.. the burst of white light hit us in Utah also.... Did not know what it was, thanks for shedding some light (haha) on the situation.

I love that suit! She's so adorable! lol, I hear you on the white. I did get tan on our trip to California, but my legs are usually so white. lol I'm glad you had fun!
