Emma is getting to the age where doubt begins to creep in about the authenticity of Santa Claus. We were in the car the other day, and she asked me if Santa is real. I asked her what she thought, and she said she thought he was. But I'm sure many of her friends no longer believe.
Anyway, she still really wanted to go to the mall to see Santa, so we headed there the other day. While we were standing in line, she kept rehearsing her Christmas list so she would get it right when she saw Santa. He was a great Santa and Emma was so happy afterwards. Hope this isn't our last year for this tradition!

Lia asked me about Santa too. I asked her what she thought and she said that she thinks that mommy and daddy are really Santa Claus. I did not deny or confirm.
hey donna! this is samantha from GF. your blog is adorable. emma is such a sweetheart.
aw, i hope she still believes in santa. she looks darling sitting on his lap!
i hope you had a great thanksgiving.

Emma is a cute as ever! My daughter is starting to have doubts too...but just the other day she asked if the Easter Bunny is real. I think she is trying to figure it all out too.
She looks so sweet with the big guy! Luckily, Maddy hasn't started to question yet, but can see it coming soon! My biggest problem is she wants to ask him to bring her a puppy!! We've pretty much convinced her he can't bring puppies on the sleigh!

I'm jealous. Cara figured it out between Christmas and Easter, and she doesn't want to visit with Santa this year (I offered for old times sake). Emma looks adorable.
Glad she still believes in Santa. That is pretty much over with my nieces and nephews... and it does make me kind of sad.
Adorable! I hope Briana believes in Santa for a long, long time.
